It is easy to be held captive through the logistics of whether or not we are following the path that God intended for our lives. We will absolutely run into moments of questioning ourselves on the matters that are important to us and God. Allowing yourself to become consumed by the right or wrong decisions, will not change what has already happened. Proverbs 3:6 tells us: “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your path.” Before you decide on a matter, pray over it. Bring it to the presence of God. By doing so, as you are faced with hard decisions—God will guide your steps. Even if you misstep, it is ok. God is faithful enough to lovingly redirect your feet. It is our job to keep walking. What is meant for you, will never escape your path.
The Lord establishes our steps. As we live in His glory everyday, He makes His path known to us. As you move your feet, His grace will cover you. As you step forward into the unknown, His light will shine to help you see through the impossible. God cannot guide what you are not willing to move. Place one foot in front of the other and move forward. The enemy desires for you to focus on the micromanagement of your steps. As long as you are moving with God, the speed and distance does not matter. The purpose of the Lord being fulfilled throughout your steps is what is important to God. When we are enmeshed in the particulars of how and why, we lose confidence in what God has already made provision for. Trust His movement within your life. As we walk with God, the steps of His purpose will prevail.
By remaining in the silence of our motionless steps, we are lacking the faith that God needs from us. When you are struggling within the strategy of the process, invite God in. Acknowledge Him and that you require His presence to guide you; step and move forward. Trust that your steps are intentional. Your steps have purpose to sustain and fulfill. Your steps have value. Your steps have worth. Do not let what you do not see, hinder your next step. Your path is so brightly created. You can walk with His power in you. You can walk victoriously through every single obstacle that will come your way. Your path is already ordered—take the step. God will always gently move you in His direction.
