Faith tells us that it is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. The things that are unseen to us have been already seen by God. God is constantly moving on your behalf. You may not see it; nonetheless, that does not mean your life is going unnoticed. It can be difficult to show up everyday knowing that your situation has not changed. It is hard going forward with life when you have not seen the issues fixed. In these moments discouragement can easily take over. It is easy to trust God when the miracles are happening. It is easy to trust God when things are looking up. It is easy to trust God when we see that things are changing. By sight, it is easy for us to walk forward without hitting obstacles—not so much by faith. In faith, we are completely leaning on the guidance of God. We can be introduced to apprehension and fear when we cannot see the next step in our life.
Some of the greatest glories in your life, right now, are unseen. There are things about your life that are still hidden for a reason. It looks like you are ready for that miracle moment right now. It looks like things are aligning and you are ready for that opportunity. It may seem like the perfect conditions for God to move; however, God is not moved by what we see. He is moved by His timing throughout our lives. This does not mean that God has stopped working on your behalf. There are things happening in heavenly spaces that we cannot see. If God would have given you that moment of glory when you wanted it—would you have known what to do with it? If God had answered your prayer of healing years ago when you had asked—would you have even come to know Him like you do now? If He had given you that desire of your heart right then—would you have known how to use it for His glory? There is provision for you in the unseen. There is anointing for you in the invisible. What we cannot see is far more powerful than what is visible to us. God is making ways for you that will soon be revealed. He is setting up positions and places that you have not yet seen.
When our eyes are set on the natural, we can miss what God is preparing behind the scenes. How many things have we unknowingly missed because we were only setting our eyes on what was seen? You have given up because you have not seen results. You have stopped praying because you have not seen Him answer your prayers. Do not let what you see only be your guide. God is for you. He always has His best in mind when it comes to you. Perhaps, this is all part of your journey. God is molding you in the unseen. He is shaping you in the things that are concealed in your life. Maybe He is growing you in unexposed areas of your faith. Walking in the unseen is hard, but God is leading you steadily along the way. If you could only see what is in the unseen, you would keep going. If you could see the door that is about to open, you would stay in faith. If you could see all of the beautiful things that He has prepared, you would stay the course. God is faithful to do what He said He would do. Trust Him. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. Your evidence is in the unseen.
