When God created Adam, He then created Eve as a helpmate. We can also see how God placed community within the lives of many people throughout the Bible. We thrive and live off of our community. The people around you have been strategically assigned to your life for different roles. Every group and every person serves a purpose. Your friends, family, associates, significant other, and other close people will help you to blossom into everything that God has created and called you to be. Utilizing your community will help you to reach new heights. No matter what age or status, we all will need a helping hand along the way.
You have a beautifully crafted niche of people who are ready and willing to step in and help you. We were never meant to figure this life out by ourselves. There are resources and help that God has bestowed upon your circle of people. Someone in your life may have the answer to the problem that you are stuck in. God has given you a community of people that will assist you in every season of life. God works through people. God uses fellowship as means for us to work together and build each other up. Your community of people will support you when you fall. When you suffer a great struggle, your village suffers with you. Your company will rejoice over you when you find the purest of joys. It is absolutely important to keep yourself surrounded with the hearts and minds of people that you see God in. The love of Christ will help keep you and hold you. Your community will encourage you with the faith that you will need in the hard moments. When you need them, utilize your community.
The Bible speaks about angels walking in the midst of us here on earth. You can apply this to the people that God has in your life and people you will meet in the future. You never know when that glory encounter will happen when a person becomes the answer to what you have been praying about. God already knows when someone in your community will be ready with all of the tools necessary for you in that moment. Use those around you. When you cannot find the words to speak, someone will come in and give you the words to say. When you are down, someone will be there with open arms to help pick you back up. God uses people as vessels. Lean into what God has positioned you around. Learn to operate with the beauty of the people that God has wisely placed as a help to you. The prayers and encouragement of those in your village will comfort and support you. Someone in your community is willing to help. All you have to do is reach out and ask.
