
Life has probably taken you through some crossroads in order to reach your destination. Some crossroads are easier to get through than others. Some can make us feel as if we can potentially make the wrong turn. Crossroads can often turn into a pivotal point. You can choose left or right. Which way will have dominance in your life? Which way will lead you down the correct path?You have the potential to run into back roads that may take you around your stop. You may encounter a dead end that may take you further away from your destination. Encountering crossroads can be unrelenting.
When we are faced with crossroads in our lives we must bring it forth to God for directions. He is our compass. When it feels unbearable to have to decide between two different paths, let God become your guide. You do not have to feel as if you are conquering crossroads all alone in life. When you have a critical moment that can make or break you—be assured that God is there and He already has an answer to it. In this life, we are all going to have to face crossroads. Whether we have to decide between colleges, churches, people, relationships or living locations, we all will experience the heartache of choosing one over the other. Consequently, nothing is considered a loss when God is in it. When you thought you lost something, you gained wisdom in your decision making because you brought it forth in His presence.
When approaching crossroads, it is imperative that you stop and look around to see what may be coming your way. Your experience with crossroads will reveal the glory of God. You have to rely upon God for information during your experience in this vital moment. Whatever you may be deciding between will be what God is going to use. Crossroads were meant to build your faith in Him. It is during our most difficult situations that we experience the remarkable power of God. Facing and enduring crossroads in this life will be rigorous, but we know in all of the pivots that God is leading you to your destination.
“And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left. -Isaiah 30:21
