Throughout our lives, we experience our steps being ordered by God. How many times do we actually pay attention when God does miracles in the ordinary? Many times, we deem the unimportant details as random. We never give a second thought as to how things are aligning for us throughout our day. Pay attention to those little details in your everyday life because they are adding up to your destiny and purpose. Your life is ordained—especially in the ordinary.
What looks irrelevant to you is relevant to God. What feels insignificant to you is significant to Him. That dream you put off as a regular dream, was God trying to grab your attention about something pertaining to your life. That message from church that you halfway listened to, had important instructions for your project. That delay in your morning schedule that you dismissed was saving you from harms way. We often miss God in the ordinary things because we are used to things being so simple that we brush them off. God is speaking to you through your entire day; you have not yet noticed because you are not recognizing that even in the usual, God is working. Your ordinary is ordained.
Your day-to-day routine is anointed. Everything that happens, even when it feels common is established by Him. Every single step and moment you live in has been orchestrated by God. There are small moments where He is building you in the ordinary. Be vigilant to His ordained times in your normal routine. Be attentive when He is showing you something through a usual doing. Be mindful of His works throughout your day. He has appointed these times in your life. He has ordained the happenings of your life, even in the ordinary.
