Unfinished

You may be worried about a million things right now. Life is rough, and you are feeling helpless. You are questioning the things that God has placed in your heart because of the circumstances surrounding you. You feel restless because you know deep in your heart that there is more. He has not forgotten about you. There is so much more for you to do. He is guiding His hands over your life. Everything that has happened to you is not by mistake; God is using that for your purpose. There is so much more. God is not finished with you.

If you are worried about going back to school because of limited resources, do it anyway. God is the only resource you need. You want to start that business, but it seems like everyone is doing the same thing—do it anyway. God’s plan for your life is strategic. What God gives you is yours and it will be unique. You want to start a ministry, but the people around you are questioning your ability —do it anyway. God is longing for your voice and willingness. Your test will become your testimony.

You may be hurt, broken, lost or confused—do it anyway. His will is so much bigger than you and me. You do not have to seek out perfection in order to be obedient. You do not have to have it all together before you start doing His will. Do not leave this earth with a heart full of dreams, and things not yet realized.

There is a reason why that dream, that passion, that goal keeps gnawing at your spirit. You feel unfinished because you know that you are here for a greater purpose. Use that power from your spirit to operate in your calling. Use that unfinished feeling to fuel your fire for the Lord. You are not finished. Those closed doors to your dreams are opening for you right now. Fulfill the things that God has spoken over you. Be content in knowing that there is so much more He has planned for you.

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” – Ephesians 2:10

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
