When we truly turn our hearts and desires over to God, He will take you through a process to prepare you. That process is not to hurt you or harm you, but instead to strengthen you. He wants us to fully rely on Him for everything in our lives. That process is molding and shaping you into your greatest potential. He longs for you to live in the best version of what He has created you to be.
God wants your broken pieces. He can make you whole. He wants to prepare you for His calling on your life. Going through this process is painful and hard, but God is guiding you every step of the way. He will take you through to rip you of everything that you are trying to do in your own strength. He will take you through to show you how to wholeheartedly trust and depend on Him. He will take you through because that blessing, that healing, that love, that job is on the other side patiently waiting for you.
The preparation is part of the process. God will prepare you. Your blessing is tied to so many other people. God is going to prepare you to use your calling to help others. There is purpose in that process. If you are in that process of preparation—not give up. Press in and seek His voice. That preparation is life-changing. You will come out equipped with the full armor of God.
All of the tears and surrendering will be worth it. God is going to make provision where He guides. When you are preparing for this process with God, He will lead you and show you things that are connected to your life. Lean in to the preparation. It is not there to throw you off, rather to show you a deeper level of the goodness and favor of God. He is preparing you for greater.
