The Giant of Gratefulness

When we fix our hearts and minds to gratefulness each day, we are walking in the spirit of God. Operating from a place of gratitude, is what we should strive for everyday.

When we are grateful, our hearts are open unto Him. We are humbling ourselves before Christ. That is the place of humility, where He can work through you and in you. When you practice being grateful, it becomes habitual. You will start to see the things that you thought would break you, become the epitome of your gratefulness.

When we are going through hard times, that is the perfect place to say, “God, let Your will be done in my life.” That alone, is the most profound act of gratefulness we do. The posture of prayer, sincerity and humbleness are what we should incorporate into our daily walk with Him.

Let your spirit dwell in gratefulness. When gratefulness becomes part of our lifestyle, God can use us to do great works in His name.

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good;
His love endures forever.” -1 Chronicles 16:34

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” -Colossians 3:17
